Agnès Levallois
Political Scientist
Agnès Levallois is a political expert specializing in the modern Arab world. She holds degrees from the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (INALCO) and from the Institut des Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP), where she specialized in the modern Arab world. Ms. Levallois was head of information for the radio station RMC Moyen-Orient, the Arab-language branch of Radio France Internationale, before becoming head of France 24’s Arabic television channel. She is also editor-in-chief of Risques Internationaux, a review that analyses the risks that emerging markets around the world pose to companies. Ms. Levallois speaks Arabic and has lived in Damascus and Cairo. Her book, Moyen Orient mode d’emploi, was released in 2003.
