Alexandre Carnelutti

International attorney Alexandre Carnelutti is a European public affairs specialist. A graduate of France’s École Nationale d’Administration, an active member of the French foreign service up to 1990, and a lecturer and professor at Sciences Po in Paris from 1987 to 2000, he currently heads the Carnelutti law firm and advises a wide variety of international corporations, associations, and national and international governmental and non-governmental institutions on European Union matters and international business law.
