Professor Gilbert Lenssen is an expert in business environment and organizational behavior. He is professor at the College of Europe and at Leiden University. He directs the overall orientation and research content of the European Academy of Business in Society (EABIS). His research and teaching areas include the implications of globalization for business, government and society; intercultural management and organizational transformation.
Professor Lenssen worked as a business executive with British Petroleum across different disciplines in the UK, the US, Germany and Spain in global roles. He has written books and articles on management theory, management cultures, corporate responsibility and contemporary epistemology.
