  Jean-Luc Racine

Research Director, CNRS-EHESS

Jean-Luc Racine is Research Director at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), and member of the Centre d’études de l’Inde et de l’Asie du sud at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). In addition, he is Director of the International Advanced Studies Program at the Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme in collaboration with Columbia University. He teaches South Asian geopolitics at the Institut Français de Géopolitique and the University Paris VIII and Indian political economy at EHESS, where he co-directs a research group on reforms in India. He is the editor of Transcontinentales, and on the board of Herodote and India Review.
