Neil Clarke
Legal Communication Consultant
Neil Clarke is a qualified attorney with law degrees from Duke University School of Law and the University Paris II – Panthéon-Assas. Neil has over twenty years’ professional experience specializing in securities law, mergers and acquisitions and international arbitration with leading business law firms in Silicon Valley, New York and Paris. He has taught courses at the École de Formation du Barreau in Paris and the University of Connecticut in the United States. Neil started working with BCL Communications as a consultant in 2007.
